City of Winder Qualifying Fee and Election Notice
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-131(a)(1), the governing authority of the City of Winder announces the following qualifying fees for the local offices to be filled in the 2017 Municipal General Election:

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-132(c)(3)(A),Qualifying will be held beginning Monday, August 21, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. and ending Friday, August 25, 2017 at 12:00 noon. at the Barrow County Elections Office located at 233 East Broad St. in Winder.
The Municipal General Election will be held at the Winder Community Center, 113 E. Athens Street, Winder, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. If a Runoff is necessary, it will be held at the same location on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. The polling location will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
