<p>Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-131(a)(1), the governing authority of the City of Winder announces the following qualifying fees for the local offices to be filled in the 2017 Municipal General Election: </p>

<p>Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-132(c)(3)(A),Qualifying will be held beginning Monday, August 21, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. and ending Friday, August 25, 2017 at 12:00 noon. at the Barrow County Elections Office located at 233 East Broad St. in Winder.</p>
<p>The Municipal General Election will be held at the Winder Community Center, 113 E. Athens Street, Winder, on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.&nbsp; If a Runoff is necessary, it will be held at the same location on Tuesday, December 5, 2017.&nbsp; The polling location will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.</p>
