DESCRIPTION:<p>Residents can dispose of unwanted items through a convenient drive-through drop-off event. City staff will be on site to assist participants and direct traffic through the designated unloading area.</p><p>Please note that certain materials cannot be accepted, including hazardous waste, electronics, tires, appliances containing refrigerants, medical waste, fuels, and other restricted items.</p><p>The following materials cannot be accepted:</p><ul data-spread="false">    <li>Paints, stains, lacquers, paint thinners, and solvents</li>    <li>Automotive fluids, including motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, and transmission fluid</li>    <li>Household and industrial chemicals</li>    <li>Pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and pool chemicals</li>    <li>Batteries</li>    <li>Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders</li>    <li>Asbestos-containing materials</li>    <li>Televisions</li>    <li>Computers, monitors, printers, and other electronics</li>    <li>Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and appliances containing refrigerants</li>    <li>Tires</li>    <li>Medical waste, including syringes and prescription medications</li>    <li>Gasoline, diesel fuel, and other fuels</li>    <li>Fireworks, explosives, ammunition, and firearms</li>    <li>Aerosol cans that are not completely empty</li></ul><p>Must be a Winder resident</p>
