Notice is hereby given that there shall be a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Winder Community Center, located at 113 E Athens Street, Winder, Georgia, 30680, concerning the proposed purchase by the City of Winder of property on Athens Street and the proposed financing of the purchase as set forth in a sales contract approved by the City Council on April 2, 2013. The public is invited to attend and comment upon the proposed purchase and financing.
