The Northeast Georgia Regional Commission, on behalf of the City of Winder, will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Winder Community Center, 113 East Athens Street, Winder, Georgia 30680. The purpose of this public hearing is to brief the citizens of the City of Winder on the contents of the Urban Redevelopment Plan, solicit public comment, designate the boundaries of an Urban Redevelopment Area, designate the Mayor and City Council as the local redevelopment agency and to adopt the Urban Redevelopment Plan.

A copy of the draft document will be available by December 21, 2012 at Winder City Hall, 45 East Athens Street. Question concerning this plan should be directed to Dave Van De Weghe, NEGRC Principal Planner, at (706)369-5650.
